Here is a very interesting Netherlands East Indies, Copper Bonk. I cannot guarantee the authenticity of this piece, however, I can tell you that I purchased it many years ago. I can tell you that it is made of Copper with some stress cracks in the metal, it weighs 61.4 grams and is 82mm in length. It is 19.5mm at its widest point and 7mm thick. It has green vertigre in some areas which does grow on copper. Note how the VOC is stamped on each side.

Een zeer oude munt van de V.O.C. geen jaartal, opdruk 4 3/4 ST , boven het
VOC teken een C. Breedte 15 mm - 20 mm Lengte 72 mm Dikte 3 mm. Hij is van brons of koper.
Door mijn geringe kennis van munten, is de echtheid door mij niet gegarandeerd. EUR 33,16

When i found these coins i had no clue what they were so took them in to The Manchester Museum Who took them of me to research them and check for Authenticity. After around two weeks i got a phn call of the specialist to pick up the coins when i got there he said the sri lanka coin is definately authentic, and he and another expert could not agree upon the other coins but said they are all from around the same place and look Authentic which was made him think they were real. and advised me to send the coins of to Baldwins Auction house in London i did this and they said they are copies apart from the sri lanka coin. I am Lead to believe that to properly check the coins they have to be checked by a metal expert of some kind.
